Raisin-Beef Sandwich Number 1 (1936)

I have to say, corned beef, raisins, and sweet pickle relish is a combination that I would never think to put together for a sandwich but here we are. And it kinda worked! It was a little too sweet for me to want to make it again but it was not bad. Plussed up with some mole seasoning blend (chosen as I thought it would work well with the raisin flavor since ancho chilis have a raisiny flavor) and now we’re talkin’.
