Prune and Radish Sandwich 1951
This recipe was adapted from The Lunch Box and Every Kind Of Sandwich
Prune and Radish Sandwich
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked, pitted prunes
1 tb finely chopped radishes
3/8 tablespoons pickle relish
Mayonnaise
Cut the prunes into pieces. Combine the chopped prunes with the other ingredients, adding enough mayonnaise to moisten. Place between slices of buttered bread.
Plus up ideas: You tell me! (then I will add them here)
If you want to switch it up a bit you could also toast the bread before making the sandwich. But that’s not really a plus up, is it?
