Salmon and Ham Sandwich 1966
This recipe was adapted from The Richmond Item newspaper
Salmon and Ham Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1/2 cup flaked cooked salmon
1/2 cup ground ham
1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice.
Combine in a bowl then place onto bread. (seriously, that’s it)
Plus up ideas: I used Old Bay seasoning, a slice of tomato, and lettuce. You could go with an Italian seasoning blend or a perhaps Chinese Five Spice as either would work well here.
